This policy explains how Big Top Tech LLC (“Big Top Tech,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with this website and RingmasterCRM, including the RingmasterCRM web and mobile apps (together, the “Services”).
Who uses the Services
RingmasterCRM is a business tool used only by authorized mortgage staff, who sign in with their organization’s Microsoft account. It is not offered to the general public.
Information we handle
- Staff account information: name, work email, role and sign-in details provided through Microsoft Entra ID.
- Loan-file information: borrower and application information, documents and communications that authorized staff enter or upload while working on mortgage files.
- Files you choose to upload: photos, PDFs and other documents. The mobile app accesses photos, files or the camera only when you choose to upload something.
- Technical information: basic logs such as request times, device and browser type, and error reports, used to secure and operate the Services.
- Website visitors: this website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you email us, we receive your email address and message.
How we use information
- To provide the Services: storing, organizing and displaying loan files for authorized staff.
- To secure the Services, prevent misuse and troubleshoot problems.
- To respond to messages and support requests.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where information is stored
The Services run on Microsoft cloud services, including Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint and Azure. This website is delivered through Cloudflare. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Services, with the lending organization whose staff use the Services, when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and others.
Security and retention
Access requires Microsoft sign-in and is limited by role and loan assignment. Information is encrypted in transit. We keep loan-file information for as long as the lending organization needs it for business and legal record-keeping, then delete it or return it to that organization.
Borrower information
Borrower information in RingmasterCRM belongs to the lending organization that collected it, and that organization’s own privacy notice governs it. Borrowers with questions should contact their loan officer or lender.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
